Big Brother is Watching You.

The rate of people checking their Facebook's on mobile devices has surpassed the number of people using their desktops to check Facebook for the first time in history. Not only is Facebook the largest growing social network, but now it is continuing to grow. Facebook's efforts to make mobile applications has paid off, and is now used on mobiles more.

"In 2012, we connected over a billion people and became a mobile company," said Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in a statement announcing the fourth-quarter results.

Facebook is largely known for their advertising and also makes most of it's profit from it. More than 84% of it's profit is advertising. Of course, large companies like Walmart, Zynga,Target, etc, are tapping into the social network to target their main audience for their advertising. When they say big brother is watching over us, they're really not lying. Facebook can scan your posts and pick out certain keywords from your status'. That way they use this information to set a certain company and products ad selection to your profile. They are continuously doing this as they collect data from your newest and most recent posts.

Hallucinogen Weapon Dropped by Syria

It is believed by U.S. Diplomats that Syria dropped hallucinogenic weapons on the attack in Homes on December 23rd. There is still a huge debate within the U.S. Government weather or not the attack is categorized as a chemical weapons incident.  The highly powerful hallucinogen that was supposedly used is known as Agent 15. It is very closely linked to 3-quinuclidinyl benzilate or BZ. This drug was tested during the Cold War on our own U.S. soldiers. The reason behind it was to pump up the aggression in the soldiers. This isn't the only time that BZ drug/similar drugs have been used on the battle ground. Iraqi insurgents would dose themselves. President Obama is calling the drug "Red Line", saying that it isn't as deadly as an agent like sarin. When the horrifying videos of the affects of Red Line were uploaded to youtube they showed the howling in agony and barely able to breathe, they senced that it wasn't Sarin. Sarin can cause Runny nose, Watery eyes, Small pinpoint pupils, Eye pain, Blurred vision, Drooling and excessive sweating, Chest tightness, Rapid breathing, etc. Chemical attacks will be almost unpreventable, due to large supply of chemical weapons that Syria is known for. According to America's top military officer, it will be "almost unachievable" to keep them from attacking without chemical weapons.

Man Gets Multi-tool Tattoo!

Jimmie Rodgers is a thoughtful guy. If you want to talk to someone about meaningful tattoos you might want to talk to this guy. Jimmie Rodgers is an educator, maker, and a hacker. One day when he was traveling with his buddy he mentioned of coming up with a fun way to read resistor color codes. [So the idea first came two years ago while doing a hackerspace road trip with Mitch Altman. “I was talking to Mat Metts about fun ways to read resistor color codes.” Metts created a delightful double resistor poster. “Anyhow, as he worked on that poster, I made the first version of this tattoo in Inkscape.”] So the creating began. But making it out in Inkscape wasn't enough. Jimmie continued to create the tattoo (fifth) in code. Which takes incredible skill and knowledge. Let me break this down: The tattoo has multiple uses. First off, it an easy way to read the color coding. Second, it acts as a ruler. It is 5 inches long, which was originally suppose to be a Metric measuring but wasn't to Jimmie's liking. Third, the long and short end of each rectangle are proportioned according to the golden ratio. Jimmie Rodgers has his own blog site that shows you his creations. Plus, the guys pretty funny. Human Ken Doll

Justin Jedlica, 32, of New York City, is known as the "human Ken doll" after a 10-year odyssey of cosmetic surgery (92 procedures) to achieve the "perfect" body. "I love to metamorphosize myself, and the stranger the surgery, the better," he told ABC News in October, even though the amount of silicone in his body, say doctors (when told of Jedlica's various implants), has reached a dangerous level. He dismisses actually "earning" the body, through gym workouts, as just "not exciting, not glamorous." (Of course, the "perfect" body is never perfect, Jedlica acknowledged, as illustrated by his recollection of his first surgery to get a perfect nose which is still not done after three follow-ups. "Just got to get that nose up a few more millimeters," he said.

Child's Dream comes to Life!

Okay, this has got to be the coolest thing I have seen yet, besides Mr. Scoville do the worm.

These are the Temples of Damanhur. It was a secret project because of the lack of a building licence. A guy who goes by the name Falco grew up having visions of the "past life". Since 10 years old, he has wanted to express how the world was created, and the passing of energy throughout the world. There are several different sections to this temple. The catch is, it's all underground these shacks. It's truly a work of art and is completely mind-blowing. They started building the structures in 1978. The entirety of the temple spread for thousands of square meters. Now this guy is extremely thoughtful. Everything that has been painted in these temples has a significance, and even the stone in the side of the mountain is a type of rock that is a very strong conductor. (To him, this is the strongest rock conductor of energy throughout the earth and passes energy to life.) It took them 14 years to complete and their still continuously building on and decorating/painting. They show you different mechanisms that they have created of wire and metal conductors to help improve the body with it's functioning. Bracelets, chambers (platforms you walk into), and body pieces. Now, whether or not they actually work or if you believe in it, the art and architecture of this place is pretty impressive. And get this; they even hire people to dance/play instruments/sing while they give tours of this place to enhance the "experience".
